I understand how rates play a big factor in the selection of a music arranger or composer. Because of this, I strive to keep my rates competitive and transparent. My rates are as follows:

For Custom Written Arrangements

I charge a base fee of $550 for a full show choir arrangement + band charts and $525 for an acapella show choir arrangement.

 For an additional Fee:

  • Professionally Recorded Vocals ($150)

  • Pro Vocals With Additional Vocalist ($75)

  • Two Weeks Notice of Delivery ($150)*

  • One Week Notice of Delivery ($300)*

  • Click Track for Live Performance (w/ Mainstage/Ableton Integration) ($100)

  • For songs exceeding 4 minutes, I charge an additional $100 per minute of extra music time.

  • *The express delivery options cannot be combined with the Professionally Recorded Vocals option

Included in the base price:

  • Conductor’s Score

  • Piano Vocal Score

  • Fully Produced Instrumental Track

  • Demo Track w/ MIDI Vocals

  • Separate Instrumental Band Charts

  • Isolated Vocal Tracks (Upon Request)

  • Any Revisions Necessary :)

  • Full Show: 10% Discount + Professionally Recorded Vocals Included!

For Pre-Written Arrangements

In addition to Custom Arrangements, I also sell Pre-Written ‘Stock’ Arrangements. Those prices go as follows:

I charge a base fee of $200 for a full show choir arrangement + band charts and $175 for an acapella show choir arrangement.

For an additional Fee:

Professionally Recorded Vocals (If arrangement does not already come with one) ($150)

  Pro Vocals With Another Vocalist (same as above) (+$75)

Click Track for Live Performance (same as above) ($100)

Any revoicing needed ($75)

Any reorchestrating needed ($125)

Revoicing + Reorchestrating ($200)

Show Design

My favorite pastime in high school is sitting at my desk and creating show choir sets. So I am happy to offer my creativity in designing shows for your choir! Included in the show design package are a show concept, song selection, certain music arrangements for the show, and creative direction to make the show its best! Shows I designed include Mt. Eden High School “Who’s Yo Daddy?!?” 2020 and 2021, And Uniondale High School ‘Rhythm Of The Knight’ 2025. Pricing is as follows:

 

1. Basic Show Concept/Consultation- $650

 

• This tier is the most basic, including a show concept and songs

to fit your group. This also includes backdrop input, costume

input, and choreographer suggestions

 

• At this tier level, no arrangements are included, however if you

would like to order arrangements they would be at the regular

full price (I would recommend moving up to the next tier if you

would like me to arrange music for the show)

 

2. Show Design W/ Arrangements-$1950 (Base Price)

 

• This tier has the same perks as the Basic Consultation tier.

however, 3 arrangements are included in the base price!

• If you would life for me to write more music for the show, the

price will be HEAVILY discounted from the base price of a

standalone arrangement ($450 for Band/$400 for acapella)

• With this package, Pro Vocals and Sound FX are Included (Sound

FX are only included based on ability to play with them/access to

show programs such as Mainstage etc.)

 

3. Full Package-$2500 (Base Price)

 

• This tier has the same perks as the Show Design W/

Arrangements tier: however, I will write all the songs in the show

(prices will vary based on the number of songs in the show/full

length of the show/ number of instruments/ etc.)

• Since this tier has heavy involvement on my end, I require

requests for this tier be put in well in advance of any choreo

camps/retreats to ensure that all music can be completed

thoroughly.

 

4. Ultimate Package-Contact for Pricing

 

• The Ultimate Package is the most I can offer in terms of

show design. With this package, you get everything in the

first 3 packages, however with the ultimate package I will

be overseeing the development of the show from

conception to the stage.

• I will bring on team members such as choreographers,

guest arrangers, costume designers, set builders,

clinicians, lighting technicians, and any other outside help

needed to make the show shine, all in one included fee!

• All aspects of the show, unless stated later, will be

overseen by me personally, to ensure quality control

and maximum efficiency.

• While this option is pricy, it means overall less work for you

or your students when it comes to the extras of the show.
